All returns must be requested within 30 days of the date of item was shipped. Items returned must be in like-new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return. Items must be returned with a Return Authorization issued by Pelle Pelle. To receive a return authorization please email return request to csr@pellepelle.com. Upon receipt of returned goods according to these conditions the full amount will be credited to the original tender.

A Customer Service Representative will contact you regarding your exchange. If your exchange results in a refund the refund will be credited to the original tender. If your exchange results in an amount due to Pelle Pelle you will be responsible to pay prior to new item being shipped. Upon receiving the returned item your new item will be sent to you free of shipping charges.
Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.
