You may return items purchased online for size, fit, or style reasons within 30 days of when the item was shipped.
Items must be in NEW condition. Items cannot be returned if worn, damaged, altered or washed.
All packaging, tags, and accessories must be included with your returned item/s.
If buying footwear we recommend trying on both boots on a clean carpeted surface to prevent any scuffs or scratches in case you decide to return or exchange them. The original shoe box must be included with your return.
How do I return an item?
Please use the return authorization label that was sent with your purchase.
We do not pay return shipping cost. We recommend that you purchase tracking and insurance as Pelle Pelle will not be responsible for lost return shipments.
If you wish to exchange your item please make a note in the comment section of the form that was included with your shipment of the style number, color and size of the new item. This form must be sent with your return. We will process your exchange provided the new item is in stock and is the same price as the item you are returning. Products sell out quickly and we are not able to hold items. If you want to be sure to receive your exchanged item, you can place another order now.
If you no longer have that label please send back your purchase to our warehouse at the address listed below. Please mark the outside of the box WEBSITE RETURN, and include the following information so that proper credit can be given:
Pick Ticket Number
Your name, address, phone number and e-mail address
Reason for return
Style Number, color and size of item to be returned/exchanged. If an exchange is requested please include style number, color and size of new item.
